User Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

Conversora is committed to data privacy and user control. In compliance with the Meta Platform Developer Policies, GDPR, and CCPA regulations, we provide this guide on how you can request and verify the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

Option 1: Request Deletion via Facebook / Instagram (Recommended)

If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account to Conversora and wish to delete your data:

  1. Log in to your Facebook or Instagram account on a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy $\rightarrow$ Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
  4. Find Conversora in the list of active connected apps and click Remove.
  5. Click on the Removed tab, select Conversora, and click Send Request.
  6. Meta will automatically send a deletion callback to our server, which disassociates your tokens and queues your stored messages for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Direct Data Deletion Request via Email

You can also request immediate manual data deletion by contacting our privacy compliance team:

Send an email to: privacy@conversora.io

Subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Store Slug or Account Name]

Include in the message:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your store slug (e.g. `ahamed` or `ahamed-2`)
  • Your Instagram username or Facebook Page ID (if applicable)

Our compliance team will process your request and completely erase all messages, customer records, and access tokens within 30 days, returning a confirmation email with a unique deletion reference code.

What Data is Deleted?

  • All decrypted and encrypted OAuth access tokens (Facebook Page and Instagram).
  • All customer conversation threads, chat histories, and direct message attachments.
  • Customer contact records and identity mappings associated with your store.
  • Scheduled marketing posts, templates, and social publishing drafts.
