Running an online store means switching between your website, customer messages, orders, and marketing tools. Conversora brings these tasks into one workspace and lets merchants set rules for which tasks the assistant can handle.

One workspace for routine store tasks

Conversora brings the storefront, customer messages, products, and orders together. The assistant can answer from saved product details and policies, while merchants set limits on the tasks it can handle.

Review proposed changes, approve them, and see what happened.

  • Answer customer questions using your FAQs, product details, and policies.
  • Check product and stock information before replying.
  • Send checkout follow-ups within the timing and offer rules you set.

How the app is hosted

Conversora uses Next.js with OpenNext and Cloudflare Workers. This section describes the hosting setup used for storefronts and API requests.

Rules and review

Set limits for discounts, business hours, and when customer messages should be sent to your team. Refund requests and uncertain questions can go to the Needs You queue.

Conclusion & Next Steps

Add products and FAQs, then set rules for inbox replies and follow-ups. Review any action that needs your decision.
